I am starting my third year as a client of Hands On Sports Massage. My first two visits were to help with some tightness in my IT bands before a major cycling event. Cindy's willingness to listen to my concerns and her years of working with athletes of all types allowed me to start and finish the event feeling better ...than I had in a long time. Regular pre and post events visit have allowed me to train more and eliminate the severe delayed onset soreness that I often experienced. I would highly recommend making HOSM part of your training routine, no matter what sport or activity you take part in.
