Had my first remote session with Cindy McGuire yesterday. Obviously, I'd love to be in the office instead, but this was definitely a helpful alternative as I've been dealing with some low back pain mostly from the changes associated with working from home.

I had my first virtual appointment with Cindy McGuire. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she had great technology to help guide me through some issues I was having and coached me through exercises. I missed seeing her in person, of course, but so glad she’s still here to help keep me running happy! Thanks, Cindy!

Cindy and I did a virtual session and it worked great. She has a program that shows the muscle groups which made it easy to find the areas I need to work on. She gave me exercises to do this week and she is a great teacher! Although not as great as an in-person session, the virtual session is an adequate substitute in these crazy times!

I'm writing during this difficult time in the world. I'm doing my part and staying home! I do have to say the #1 thing that I'm missing are my sessions with Cindy! I was just right at the point of some relief on my shoulder. Cindy is amazing and so knowledgeable! When things get back to normal first on my list is an appointment with her!!!! Stay healthy Stay safe & Stay positive!!!

I started visiting Cindy about 4 years ago when I decided to run an Ultra Marathon.  She helped me stay health through all of that training!  Now my whole family uses her amazing services. My daughter is a volleyball player and needs work on her shoulder and my husband found relief from sitting at a desk all day.  Last August I had a an acute leg cramp while on a run and I had to walk back to my gym but within a few weeks I was ready for a RAGNAR.

It was in between legs on the Market to Market Relay last spring when we were talking about massages.  Honestly, it wasn’t until about 2 years ago that I’d even had a massage and it was more for aching muscles after a couple of half-marathons.  But having some nagging issues from running, I took this person’s recommendation and contacted Hands On Sports Therapy.  The results have been far, far more than just dealing with tired muscles.  Working with both Sarah and Cindy has been an entire lifestyle change.   Posture.  Breathing.  Stretching.  So many aspects of my life that go beyond a workout and that now have me more aware of the interconnectedness of our bodies and the need to take care of myself.  To say that Sarah and Cindy have helped my running is without question.  And to say that both have had a positive impact on my life is a true understatement.  Regardless your level of physical activity and lifestyle, Hands On Sports Therapy will improve your fitness and life.
